I have lived in Raunds for most of my life having been raised and schooled here. After leaving Raunds Manor School I served in the Army and then onto the Police in London. I'm married to Claire, we have two daughters and two grandsons.

After seeing so many changes over the years, some to the betterment of the town and some not good I decided to join the Council as I wanted to put something back into the community and the town as a whole of which I've been a part of for over 50 years.

Cllr Trevor Swailes was elected to the Town Council in May 2021.
