We are recruiting! Gardener/Maintenance Officer
An opportunity exists to join a small friendly team dedicated to providing excellent services to our community.
You will be working across all Town Council buildings and open spaces, carrying out a wide range of gardening and maintenance duties.
The successful applicant will need an excellent knowledge of gardening activities as well as a good understanding of buildings maintenance. You will help us improve the local environment and create attractive floral displays in the Town.
The role is physically demanding and heavy lifting will be required. You must have a clean driving license that includes category C1.
The post is for 20 hours per week, split across Monday-Friday hours. However, you will be required to work overtime in the evenings and at weekends to support the many council events and regular meetings.
