Raunds Town Council awards Grant to East Northants First Responders

The Mayor of Raunds, Cllr Paul Byrne, proudly handed over a £500 cheque to East Northamptonshire First Responders this week, helping them continue their life-saving work across the community.

The donation, made possible through a Raunds Town Council community grant, will go towards essential running costs for the group's Community Response Vehicle, known as NH003—a crucial asset that helps responders reach people in urgent need.

Speaking about the donation, the Mayor said, "Raunds Town Council is proud to support East Northants First Responders. Their dedication and swift action make a real difference in emergency situations, and we're honoured to back their incredible work."
