Northamptonshire Highways are intending on carrying out major drainage repairs and improvements along Brick Kiln Road, North Street and Rotton Row in Raunds. To undertake this safely will require that the roads are closed from the 13th July to the 23rd August 2021.

We are pleased to advise that at our Annual Meeting of the Town Council on 18th May 2021 Councillor Sylvia Hughes was elected Town Mayor for the 2021/22 Civic Year. Cllr Hughes' consort for her Mayoral year will be Cllr Dudley Hughes. Cllr Hughes is delighted to be elected for a second term and is looking forward to representing Raunds at many events.

Following the success of our Saturday markets in 2019/20 Raunds Town Council are continuing to support local traders in 2021.
Come down to the Town Square where there'll be a variety of stalls. Trading starts at 9:30am.

It is with deep sadness that I have just learned of the death of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
Prince Philip dedicated his life to service of our country - from a distinguished career in the Royal Navy during the Second World War, his various charitable works, to his many decades at Her Majesty The Queen's side as her Consort. Our thoughts and prayers are with Her Majesty and her family at this incredibly sad time.
