For sometime residents of the Rowans Estate have raised concerns regarding the steps leading from Willow Way to Thorpe Street. There was no lighting on the steps and residents were worried about their safety at night.
Raunds Town Council tried to support residents in this and raised the issue with Northamptonshire Highways, East Northamptonshire Council and Persimmon Homes, the developer of the site.... Read More »

Fundraising Success for Mayor of Raunds Councillor Richard Levell.
Cllr Richard Levell is delighted to have raised £7,000 to be shared between his chosen charities, Prostate Cancer UK and Parkinson's UK.

The original Vision for Raunds was a community led plan setting out future aims & aspirations for the community as well as assisting in the production of the Neighbourhood Plan. Over the last five years Raunds Town Council has successfully implemented this plan.
