We had 45 entries and each and everyone one of them brightened up our day as I'm sure they did to many residents of Raunds who spotted them on their daily walks.

SAXON HALL CLOSED
As I am sure you are aware, recent announcements relating to Covid-19 have made it impossible to predict how our communities will be affected by this outbreak, and indeed for how long.

Raunds Town Council Awards Grant to East Northants Community Responders
The Mayor of Raunds, Cllr Richard Levell was delighted to hand over a cheque for £1,000 to East Northants Community Responders. The grant will be put towards the cost of life saving equipment for the local area.

WEEE collection scheme off to a flying start
Approximately 13 tonnes of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) have been collected across East Northamptonshire in just 6 weeks since a new collection was launched.
Following a successful pilot in Raunds, the Waste team at East Northamptonshire Council rolled out a weekly WEEE collection scheme in mid-December and have already seen a brilliant response.
