Raunds Public Art Exhibition 10th July 2019, Saxon Hall
On behalf of Roxhill, the developers of Warth Park, Broadbent Studios have been working on concepts for a Gateway Sculpture at the entrance to Brick Kiln Road. Everyone is invited to see the proposal and meet the artists.
The event takes place on Wednesday 10th July 2019 at Saxon Hall, Raunds.
Session one is 12-2pm
Session two 4.30-7pm

Statement regarding Raunds Classic
Many people will have seen the July issue of Raunds Round-Up. The front cover promotes Raunds Carnival 2019, incorporating Raunds Classic. The Town Council would like to make it clear that the Raunds Classic does not form part of this year's Carnival on Amos Lawrence Playing Field. Local authorities pledge support to Armed Forces
To coincide with Armed Forces Day, East Northamptonshire Council and other partners in the Armed Forces Covenant Partnership for Northamptonshire have reiterated to local military personnel, both serving and veterans, the support and services available to them across the county.

First meeting of North Northants Joint Committee has taken place
Members from Corby, East Northants, Kettering, Northamptonshire County and Wellingborough have met for the first time as a Joint Committee to consider all of the work needed to create the new North Northants Council.

Road Works!
Anglian Water are requiring to install a pressure reduction value and metre outside Cornerstone House in Raunds. To undertake this work safely will require that the road is closed from the 22nd July until the 5th August 2019.

Raunds Mayor's Show 2019

Raunds Mayor's Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration for his mayoral year
On Sunday 7th April Raunds Mayor' Cllr Richard Levell held a Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration for his mayoral year at St Peters Church. The Mayor was joined by Mayoress Magdalena Levell and other dignitaries. Raunds Big Spring Clean 2019
The sun was shining and the residents of Raunds came out to volunteer their time for this years annual Big Spring Clean. Nearly 40 volunteers joined Raunds Mayor, Cllr Richard Levell, Councillors and staff in an effort to clean up the town!
Although the reports back from the volunteers said that most areas were not as bad as they have been in previous years, an amazing 40 bags of rubbish were collected.... Read More »
